Most Orange County neighborhoods have an HOA, and that is usually what holds a project up, not the fence. We prepare the submittal, file the county permit, and call you with status even when the status is still waiting. Then our own crew builds it, not a sub we met last week. Most projects run 3 to 5 weeks from signing.
